Accessibility Statement

A statement of ongoing accessibility work for a fast, content-heavy editorial site.

Legal & Policies Updated 4/5/2026

Accessibility approach

DavidKalama.com is intended to be usable by as many visitors as reasonably possible, including people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion settings, and other assistive technologies.

The site aims to follow broadly recognized accessibility practices for structure, semantics, color contrast, readable text, focus visibility, and keyboard navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification claim.

Current scope and known limits

This site is a static editorial build with deliberately simple navigation, semantic headings, and text-first templates. Some third-party destinations reached through outbound links or embedded services may not match the accessibility standards targeted here.

Older media or legacy references may occasionally include material that is outside the operator’s direct control or not yet fully remediated.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility checks are part of ordinary site maintenance, including reviews of heading order, link clarity, focus states, responsive layout behavior, and text readability. This statement will be updated as the site’s features or support channels change.
