Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what a small U.S.-facing publisher site processes, what it does not knowingly collect, and how policy updates are handled.

Legal & Policies Updated 4/5/2026

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to DavidKalama.com and the pages, files, and services delivered from the domain. It explains what information may be processed when you visit the site, how that information is used, and how this site approaches privacy for U.S. visitors.

This policy applies only to this site. Third-party websites, platforms, affiliate programs, video hosts, and social networks reached through links from this site have their own policies and practices.

Information this site may process

  • Infrastructure and security logs. Hosting and delivery providers may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, referring page, approximate geolocation inferred from IP, timestamps, and error or abuse-prevention events.
  • Basic usage signals. The operator may review aggregate traffic, page-request, or link-performance data to maintain the site, detect problems, and understand which pages are useful.
  • Voluntary communications. If you contact the site through any contact method later published on the site, the operator may process the information you choose to send.

The public site is not currently designed around account creation, user comments, or user uploads.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and third parties

The site currently relies on standard web-delivery technologies used by its infrastructure providers. The operator does not intentionally deploy behavioral advertising trackers on the public site at this time.

If a page contains embedded media, social widgets, affiliate links, or other third-party tools, those third parties may collect information under their own terms when their services load or when you follow an outbound link.

Do Not Track. This site does not presently respond to browser Do Not Track signals with a separate technical treatment because there is no universally adopted standard for doing so.

Your choices and legal disclosures

You may choose not to use the site, not to follow external links, and not to provide information voluntarily. If a privacy law that applies to you gives you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or appeal, those rights apply only to information the operator can reasonably identify and access.

The operator does not publish a separate “do not sell or share” mechanism because this site is not currently structured around selling personal information or cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, the relevant disclosures will be updated.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and the operator does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the public site.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the site’s hosting, analytics, monetization, or editorial features change. The “updated” date on this page reflects the latest revision.
